1. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are made-to-order.

For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Personal preference

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

  • Include your order number

If verified, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Minor variations in colour or print alignment are not considered defects.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
