All LPX pieces are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. We do this to reduce waste and overproduction.
Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional launches), production times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time (Australia)
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered:
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping (if applicable) applies only to qualifying orders and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Delays & Carrier Issues
LPX Project is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Items
